Privacy policy

UEFN Studios (hereinafter, "we" or "the platform") is the controller of the personal data collected through uefnstudios.com. You can contact us at uefnstudios@gmail.com.

When you create an account we collect your name, email address and contact phone number. If you log in with Google, we also receive the name, email and profile picture provided by your Google account.

When you complete the welcome questionnaire (onboarding) we collect your answers (device, experience, Epic Games account, age range and country) to personalize your experience.

We don't store passwords — authentication is delegated to Google OAuth 2.0.

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your account on the platform. • Personalize the content and services shown to you. • Contact you by phone about your account or projects. • Send you service-related communications (account notifications, updates). • Improve the platform through aggregated, anonymous usage analytics.

The legal basis is the performance of the contract (use of the service) and, where applicable, your explicit consent.

We don't sell or share your data with third parties. The service providers that access data act as processors under confidentiality agreements:

• Supabase (database and authentication) — hosted in the EU. • Vercel (web infrastructure). • Google OAuth 2.0 (login). • Resend (transactional email delivery). • Vercel Analytics (usage analytics, cookieless).

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by writing to uefnstudios@gmail.com. We'll delete the data within a maximum of 30 days.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing and request portability of your data. To exercise them write to uefnstudios@gmail.com. If you reside in the EU, you can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

We use cookies for your sign-in session, language and a temporary presence identifier (us-live, lasting 30 minutes and renewed while you browse). The cart is stored in browser local storage. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies.

The administrator can view an approximate count of active visitors, their current page and device type. If you are signed in, this activity is associated with your name and email; otherwise, you appear as anonymous. We do not store your IP address, search parameters or a browsing history.

Signals are sent while the page is visible. A session disappears after 90 seconds without a signal. Expired records are removed by an automatic cleanup every minute. Only the administrator can access this information.

Data is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS. Database access is restricted by Row Level Security policies. Secret keys are never exposed to the browser.

We may update this policy occasionally. We'll notify you of relevant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. The last revision date appears at the end of the document.
