Terms of service

By accessing and using uefnstudios.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, do not use the platform.

UEFN Studios is a platform for Fortnite map creators that offers:

• A store of assets and templates for Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN). • US Remote service: creation, publishing and maintenance of maps by the UEFN Studios team. • Tools and resources to monetize Fortnite islands through Epic Games' Engagement Payouts program.

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us immediately at uefnstudios@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

When you hire US Remote:

• The map is created and published from your own Epic Games account. You own the island code and all income generated by Engagement Payouts. • UEFN Studios acts as a technical team, not as a co-owner of the map. • Specific prices and conditions are agreed in writing before starting each project. • The monthly maintenance service can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

The assets, templates and materials in the store are licensed for use in Fortnite (UEFN) projects. Resale, redistribution or use outside the platform without express written authorization is not allowed.

The content you create with our resources (maps, islands, mechanics) is your property.

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

To request a refund write to uefnstudios@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds for ongoing US Remote services will be assessed case by case.

UEFN Studios does not guarantee that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will we be liable for indirect damages, loss of income or data arising from use of the service.

We are not responsible for changes in Epic Games' policies or in the Engagement Payouts program that may affect creators' income.

It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal activities, to distribute content that infringes third-party rights, or to attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts belonging to others.

We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify you of relevant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after the notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
